The location is great. Overally okay if you think you'd just be spending the night there.

Everything was alright. Neat and clean. Well mannered staff. Specially Wahid bhai from Bangladesh and other staff I forgot the name. Their timely assistance made my stay peaceful. It's a budget friendly paradise with close proximity to Al haram. Hopefully once again!

There were more restaurants in the location, very near to haram

The manager was very friendly and the bell boy was helpful and friendly . The room was nice and bigger ,and we really appreciated the 24-hour shuttle service to Haram Late checkout until 2 PM was a big plus. Overall, it was great value for what we paid. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Booking process is very good,

The staff are nice and friendly, especially Haitham who greeted and welcomed us with all the services! The room was comfortable and clean and we were allowed to choose the wanted room.

Service excellent

The price of the hotel per night relatively to the location to Makkah is a good value for money

The price and it is 20 minutes walking to the Haram:

No breakfast was available4, but there was a restaurant exactly outside of the Hotel, we usually ate there..

Everything was good

Absolutely nothing, except the stuff were so friendly and caring , and the location was fair!
